Terms & Conditions
Payments can be made in full or with a deposit of $500 USD (non refundable) anytime 30 days prior to the retreat to reserve your spot. Payment in full is due 15 days prior to the first day of the retreat. Prices are per person whether you are coming solo or with a partner. We do not have a cancellation policy once the 15 day window has passed. If for some reason you won't be able to come, we will allow for the full payment to go towards another retreat if the future retreat you wish to attain has a spot(s) available. We do not provide any travel or health insurance on the retreat. Please take this into consideration when booking your flights. We do not book flights for you but can do so if you would like us to at no additional cost to you. Please let us know this once you have signed up and paid the deposit so we can get you the best flights availabel as soon as possible. We will work with you on the flights to make sure you are happy with the dates, time, and cost. You may want to look into purchasing travel cancellation insurance privately if you feel this would put you more at ease when booking with us. We apologize in advance for this policy, but due to our commitments with accommodations we cannot budge for any reason. If for some reason we need to cancel or postpone a retreat we will have your payment go to the changed dates or refund you the full amount if you so choose. We are not responsible for any cost or charges for flight cost or any other cost. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items while on the retreat and at the villa or hotel. Third party cost or anything that happens while we are out on an activity at a third parties establishment. A general waiver and photo/video release form will be emailed to you as well once you have signed up for the retreat.
