All of our trainers are NASM certified and have over 10 years of personal training experience. All coaches bring an extensive knowledge in anatomy, physiology, and nutrition. They understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get fit at the right pace.
We've worked with all levels of fitness with many different health and fitness goals in all sorts of training techniques. Taber is a former Professional Baseball player in the USA and has been training clients 1 on 1 and in group settings for over 15 years. Fitness and healthy habits have been a part of his life since middle school and has been his secret to his success and staying young. He trains clients aging from 15 to 75 and enjoys working with people with their own unique fitness goals.
Along with helping people learn more about looking and being healthy physically, he prides himself on the mental aspect of health and fitness. Helping his clients and those close to him understand that if you can put your mind to it, you can accomplish anything you want to.

Stacey is a multi sports professional athlete who has represented the USA in soccer, ice hockey, and roller hockey. Raised on the sunny beaches of Southern CA, she had spent a lot of time in the sand prepping for her athletics. She found she gained a significant amount of improvement in her sport gains as well as her overall strength and cardio conditioning because of sand training.
Through this experience she developed Sandercise inc. which is an indoor/outdoor training system based on training in the sand to improve any fitness goals. She trains all throughout So. CA in between her continued athletics in soccer and ice hockey for US teams. Her programs, although tough, have helped clients gain mental toughness and overcome some past training obstacles to get results quickly.

Ross comes from an Athletic background that started with Ice Hockey back in the Czech Republic. He then turned to outdoor cycling and competing in triathlons in Hong Kong. His love for the overall condition soon turned into a career as a PT and cycling instructor at the popular XYZ soul cycle facility in Central. Ross loves the group energy during his class and jammin to some of his favorite techno tunes.
Ross has been training clients in Hong Kong at various PT studios as well as parks and client homes. Ross loves the challenge of getting clients to push beyond their limits using mind over matter to reach their ultimate goals.

Starting out as a competitive swimmer at a young age, Donnar has learned to understand both the mechanics on how strength training can be incorporated into each individual sport, as well as the prevention of injuries. Working 1:1 with clients for more then 12 years, she continues focusing on her own body transformation and weighing the benefits of the workout before incorporating the tools into her clients training programs.
Fitness Training has been a part of her life since high school and a huge part of her confidence today. It's transformed her own body and health which has inspired her to help and motivate individuals to believe you can do anything as long as your heart is all in.

Cenna hails from Singapore and has spent a lot of time abroad in Australia. She quickly gained Instagram popularity with her fitness videos/post on health and fitness while studying in Melbourne and where she really began to fall in love with the health and fitness industry. She soon found herself back home in Singapore and a brand ambassador to many health and fitness companies through Instagram.
Cenna's training style is her own style. She believes that we all have unique goals and aspirations in health and fitness so she loves to share a variety of training exercises. She enjoys mixing it up with clients displaying full body routines and more specific exercises to target those areas with a little extra desired improvement. Most importantly she thinks you should balance your training with some fun and spice!
